At BMTech Corp, we successfully completed a transformative project that streamlined their customer engagement process. Our team at Alygna integrated their ERP system by extracting critical data, migrating it to a secure SQL database, and designing an automated workflow using n8n.

This workflow leverages the OpenAI API to intelligently parse and classify customer data. Based on this classification, personalized emails are automatically sent as license renewal dates approach, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive customer engagement.
